The timeline for creating educational videos varies depending on the complexity of the project. A simpler video might be completed within a few weeks, while a more complex project could take several months. The exact timeframe is determined based on the video’s length, the amount of animation required, and the number of revisions requested, which we’ll agree upon during our consultation. The workflow consists of three main phases: pre-production, production, and post-production. After our initial meeting, I’ll provide you with a written summary of the consultation, including a detailed budget and timeline for execution. Upon signing the contract and receiving the deposit, we begin work immediately, with the opportunity for revisions at the end of each production phase. Given the constantly evolving nature of startups, we’ll maintain ongoing communication throughout the process to ensure flexibility and address any issues as they arise. However, once a phase is completed, we won’t be able to revert to previous phases.

Pre-production: Market research, brainstorming, scriptwriting, storyboard creation, casting, organizing shoot days (location, props, equipment, etc.), motion graphics/animation planning.
Production: Directing shoot days, setting up lighting and sound, cinematography, actor training, VFX.
Post-production: Video editing, motion graphics/animation, sound mixing, color grading.
